Analytics menu item on the left side panel will open a detailed dashboard with key insights.
The top of the dashboard has an overview regarding the amount of questions created, the average resolution time, the number question views, and the average satisfaction ratings for the chosen time period.
Underneath the overview, there are 4 tabs that contain more detailed insights: Volume, Performance, Engagement, and Satisfaction.
