Create Intake Forms
Only admin users can create intake forms on Soal
In the process of creating a request (either in Soal or from your messaging system), the user must select an intake form to fill. Each intake form is typically associated with a request type. You should create an intake form to differeniate the information that you would like to recieve for a particular type of request. In addition to the intake form questions that a user fills out (that you define), the user is able to submit a description and objective for each request.
- Go to Workspace in the left side panel
- Go to Intake Forms
- Click on the Create Intake Form button, which is located on the right side of the screen above the intake forms table.
- Enter the formβs -title: this is what the user will select when creating a request -questions: the user will answer each question that you add when creating a request and selecting this intake form
