Only admin users can create tags on Soal
In Soal, you should create a tag for subjects or topics that your would like to group requests by.
  1. Go to Workspace in the left side panel
  2. Go to Tags
  3. Click on the Create Tag button, which is located on the right side of the screen above the tags table.
  4. Enter the tag’s name
