Jira

Only an admin can set up the Jira integration.

Soal provides 2-way sync capabilities with with Jira, a common issue tracking system.

The purpose of the integration is to keep items in Jira up to date with changes made in Soal, and vice versa.

To connect Soal to Jira, navigate to Workspace -> Integrations -> Jira in the left side panel.

You will be asked to login and accept the permissions we are requesting.
